Mist: below

Mist: Below is a game created out of a love for thrillers, but hate for jumpscares. While the horror genre has long been plagued with cheap tricks to scare the players, Lost & Found Games aim to keep the players on the edge of their seat, but never physically scaring them. To do so, they use abstract forms, particle effects and a dense use of mist and fog, forcing the player to tread carefully but with curiosity. Distant objects are shrouded in silhouettes, and a mix of vertical and horizontal level design adds depth to the minimalistic landscape.
